Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@okaze.co If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a free shipping label to send the package back to us. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you want is to initiate a return and once it has been accepted, place a separate order for the item(s).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
