SHIPPING TIMES

We offer Free Express Shipping for all of our products

TRACKING

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you haven't received an email with a tracking number, your order is still being processed and has not yet shipped.

U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow for 1-2 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. Processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. Shipments within the U.S. will be sent via USPS. For orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO, and U.S. Territories, USPS Priority will also be used. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience a non-delivery or your tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 30 days to complete the claims process, depending on the shipping carrier used.

Please note that OKAZE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
